This is the most disappointing Hilton property that I have ever visited. Parking is terrible and bedding is extremely uncomfortable. They have difficulty with maintaining their breakfast buffet. When I complained, the front desk clerk was rude and insulted me to another employee. Savannah is a fantastic city known for its customer service. I’d recommend avoiding this location.

Street side rooms on lower floors get a bit of traffic noise starting around 5ish. Great location. Easy walk to every thing. Lots of close by dinning and drinking ootions.

First off the front desk area, to the living room areas looks very inviting, very classic vibe. Breakfast was good, the front desk was pleasant. However upon parking and walking to the entrance of the Hotel, I felt something bit my feet, and I knew at that point that they were fleas, the carpet on the 4th floor needs an upgrade, including the room that we stayed in.The bed was squeaky, and of course something was biting us. The toilet was running the whole night, the sofa bed had stains, the open parking lot that cost $35, which we paid was unfair to us. Because we saw ladies that came from the Embassy Suite park in the same lot, because they don’t really monitor the parking lot. An employee was smoking something, and it was not a cigarette, definitely…
