They have difficulty with maintaining their breakfast buffet. When I complained, the front desk clerk was rude and insulted me to another employee. However upon parking and walking to the entrance of the Hotel, I felt something bit my feet, and I knew at that point that they were fleas, the carpet on the 4th floor needs an upgrade, including the room that we stayed in.The bed was squeaky, and of course something was biting us. The toilet was running the whole night, the sofa bed had stains, the open parking lot that cost $35, which we paid was unfair to us. Because we saw ladies that came from the Embassy Suite park in the same lot, because they don’t really monitor the parking lot. An employee was smoking something, and it was not a cigarette, definitely…
