I was sent a message asking when they the could service my AC unit and I said I didn't want anyone in my room and to do so after I check out. I had the do no disturb sign out for a reason. Someone still came into my room and moved my belongings (personal effects, clothing and medical equipment to do this non emergency AC service. It was not a safety issue for doing this. The hotel broke my trust. I'm done with Hilton and moving back to Marriott. This it the third time I have had issues in resent stays and I am done. Additionally, don't pay for the valet parking. They park your car in the public parking garage across the street. Save money and self park yourself.

Marie was at the front desk for the weekend and she gave us incredible recommendations and always greeted us with a smile -- she was a true gem!!
