This hotel is horrible! The beds were old and lumpy, the shower is a walk in with no ledge to keep the water from getting all over the floor, there is no fan in the bathroom, there is 1 light switch for the room and it is down a little hallway. There are no plastic or glass cups in the room, so if you want a drink, you either have to use a paper cup (which turns soggy with ice and a soda), or you have to go down to the bar and ask them for a plastic cup. For $290 a night, it’s a BIG disappointment. Also, unless you want to pay $48 a day for valet parking, you have to park across the street in a parking garage and pay $20 a day. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. It’s really well located, and Bryan, who did our check-in, was the only positive part of our experience, his smile and kindness were truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The room was really dirty (I uploaded some pictures, but it was even worse in reality). I found several hairs on my bed and asked for clean sheets at the reception. The woman there didn’t even apologise, she just asked for my room number and handed me a new set, which was also stained!
There was mold in the bathroom, the iron didn’t work properly and even stained my pants, and the air conditioner was terrible — either freezing cold or extremely hot, with no middle ground.
The water in the shower was cold most of the time, and although housekeeping was supposed to come every other day, we heard them shouting “housekeeping” and knocking on doors from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day, which made it impossible to rest.
We were in room 525, and I can’t speak for the others, but ours was just awful.
Breakfast was very basic.
I know it’s a 3-star hotel, but that shouldn’t mean everything has to be so dirty and poorly maintained. Really disappointed, I hope they make some serious improvements, because it’s such a pity for a hotel with this great location to offer such a bad experience.
