Room was not cleaned and there was a security breach! We left room early in the afternoon and saw housekeep next door. We assumed our room would be cleaned and we were greeted by housekeeping staff. I forgot my car keys and returned to the room while housekeeping was refilling the snacks for the room. Again I was greeted by housekeeping staff. I told the person in our room I’d wait until he was done refilling the snacks and use my key to come in. Instead he held the door open and allowed me to enter without verifying I was the occupant! Upon returning a few hours later we found the room was not cleaned. This was shortly after 4:00pm. We contacted housekeeping and was told that because we were still in the room at noon they didn’t clean our room. What?!? Asked if this a new Hilton rule that you must leave the room by noon if you want your room cleaned. We contacted the front desk and was told we were misinformed. We shared we’d be departing around 5:00 and they said the room would be cleaned then. We returned around 7:30 to the same unmade bed, trash, and dirty towels! The new night clerk said housekeeping had left and she didn’t know what happened. This is totally unacceptable. I’ve never stayed at any hotel where housekeeping didn’t clean our room, especially during the day! We typically have very pleasant experiences at Hilton brands and especially favor Embassy Suites.

Great place, good location downtown. Not directly by everything, but within walking distance for sure.

I booked straight through the Hotel. I spoke to Detra, and she made the entire booking experience absolutely nothing a pleasure. I even took the Hilton rewards and I'm going to take another trip which I cannot wait to take in the near future. If the Hotel sees this please take time and make sure that Detra is compensated somehow. She is the perfect example of a shinning personality as well as what customer service is all about. I look forward to traveling there with my wife to celebrate her birthday in March.

This company fails to honor written agreements. I completed a timeshare presentation and did not receive all of the promised incentives, despite those incentives being clearly documented in the folder/contract provided to me. Hilton Honors points were part of my incentive. Staff acknowledged this and assured me they would be added. Instead, I was forced to make multiple follow-up calls and was ultimately told that I “should not have left” — an absurd response given that the company failed to deliver what was promised in writing. This experience was misleading, dishonest, and a complete waste of time. Do not leave the presentation without every promised gift in hand, and do not do business with a company that refuses to stand behind its own written agreements.
