    Best experience at a hotel I have ever had. I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. We were there with part of our baseball team and their families. Enjoying everything from happy hour to the omelette station in the morning. If you’re looking for a hotel in Savannah, this is where you want to stay!

    The reason why I picked this hotel and paid higher price compared to other hotel was because of indoor swimming pool. But it was waste, the indoor pool is not heated as described.

    Diamond member-Lied to at check-in, ignored by management. I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I checked in as part of a group reservation but specifically asked to be listed as the primary guest so I could use my loyalty number. The front desk agent explicitly told me this was done and that my information was updated. However, at checkout, I discovered they had only added me as an "additional guest." Because of this error, I received zero loyalty points and no credit for my stay. Mistakes happen, but the lack of recovery is unacceptable. I have attempted to contact the General Manager multiple times via phone and email with no response. Corporate Guest Relations also refused to help. It is frustrating to do everything right at check-in, be assured it is handled, and then be told "there is nothing we can do" when the hotel makes a mistake. Additionally the business center equipment less than functional and I had to make a run to the UPS Store. I have stayed here a few times with no issues but this time was a new experience with the lack in customer satisfaction from corporate down. Please do better Hilton!

    Did not have room requested, lobby cold, no luggage cart available except very small one missing parts. Desk clerk attitude was like she was doing me a favor and didn't want to be there. $10 parking fee must have been in the fine print when I made reservation.

    I’ve started here nearly a dozen times over the years. It’s a regular stop for us on road trips to FL. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. The fitness center is surprisingly top-notch for a hotel in this class. But charging for parking now? Come on. That part feels like I’m being nickled and dimed. I may have to reconsider my hotel options when traveling next year.
