My stay was disappointing. There was no Wi-Fi, the hotel felt run down, and there was a noticeable moldy smell in the dining room. We were given only one roll of toilet paper for five people, and just four towels, which wasn’t enough for everyone. On top of that, the fridge froze my food and I had to throw everything away. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

Worst! We have stayed in Hiltons all over the world. This was the worst! Lobby is beautiful, so deceiving. I’ll start by saying so many things were broken that we immediately called the front desk. They said they would call maintenance — who NEVER showed up! (See pics) 1) The mattress was shot! The edges had NO structure, so rest was impossible when we had to stay half awake to keep from rolling into the floor. 2) The bedside lamps didn’t work. Well, 1 flickered off & on. By morning, that 1 didn’t work at all. 3) The ONLY lamp in the living room had no bulb and the rather hefty shade was just balanced, teetering, on top of that tall lamp! (A child could have been hurt.) We ate our dinner in very little overflow light (from kitchen). (See video) 4) The dust ruffles on the beds were so unbelievably wrinkled that they looked like they had just been taken out of the dirty laundry. It makes me wonder if the sheets were even cleaned at all! NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL! (See pics) 5) The clocks had not been set to the proper time to accommodate the time change. 6) The shower had no waterproof curtain, only a curtain that gets soaked. 7) The shower mechanism was very difficult to adjust and it had a tiny, improper handle. 8) The closet light flickered like a strobe light. (see video) 9) The area just outside the lobby doors was filthy. IF CONSIDERING THIS HOTEL, KEEP DRIVING!!!!

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space. We really enjoyed the snacks and drinks at the daily evening reception. Check in was super easy. The staff were very friendly. It was located near a lot of restaurants and shopping. We took an Uber into Savannah and it was an easy ride.
