It was so loud in the room. I kept getting woken up all night from traffic outside. Service was not great, not rude but not very friendly either. Not what I expected from a Double Tree. Cookies were not warm at check in either. Continent location but close to $50 a day valet was only parking option. Rooms were clean and comfortable aside from The noise. Would not stay here again, and was not worth the price paid in my opinion.

We stayed at this location several years ago, and decided to stay again for our Anniversary weekend. We got in around 9 pm Friday 10/10 and the parking situation was unorganized, they would leave spaces between the cars and leave them parked in the middle of the covered area by the door. Another guest came by and turned a sign around that said form two lanes and pointed at it like we were supposed to know? Finally they moved the first two cars out the way and unloaded our stuff, my husband gave one of the valet guys $40 and asked to keep our car parked in there he said okay. Got checked in and went to the bar nobody was there the website said it's open til 11pm, it was around 10pm. Asked front desk about it and she said the bartender had a family emergency and had to leave but the hours had also changed and it closes at 10pm. That's understandable so we went out and got some drinks. Came back and the next morning we woke up with terrible back pain so the beds were definitely not comfortable to us... the shower head was weird and when you turned it to change the stream setting it sprayed you in the face from behind the shower head. We went out Saturday 10/11 and the car had been moved into the garage.... I guess our car didn't meet the criteria to stay in that parking area we came back in my husband wanted a drink and to watch football until we had to go to our dinner reservation, nobody was in the bar again. So he asked the front desk about it and they said nobody showed up, but there's a bar pretty much on every corner if he wanted a drink that bad or he could go the the liquor store and buy whatever he drinks and party all he wants in the room. I just felt like it would have been more professional to end it as the bar is closed due to staffing issues. The day of check out we had the DND sign up and house keeping was tapping away at the door, I answered and she wanted to know what time we were leaving.... we were packing and wanted to get breakfast downstairs before leaving. I think it was probably around 10/10:30 at this point check out time is 12:00. So we weren't very impressed with our stay this time around and I can't say we will be back.
