They where so kind and helpful. Speaking with the insurance company and getting them all set up. My grand are in there 80s and where very nervous leaving there home in disarray however the staff made them feel at home and comfortable. Thanks again. You ladies are much appreciated!

I'm a travel nurse from Florida. I have stayed at Candlewood Suites in multiple cities. I wish I had not chosen Candlewood in Savanna. For the price, no! The room was dingy, dark, out-dated, and in need of repair. Each drain was slow to drain and the toilet ran all night. The shear curtains looked nicotine stained. Everything was dingy yellow and brown. The couch was stained 🤢. The list goes on and on. WAISTED MONEY. They are surrounded by a dozen other hotels. Choose one of those instead. This Candlewood is not cheaper, so no reason to stay there. The night check-in woman acted like we were an inconvenience. We asked for a late check-out time, the day check-out woman gave us 30 MINUTES. At 1030 am, Housekeeping knocked on the door and said "are you checking out or staying over". Not, "goodmorning, I'm with Housekeeping. I thought I would check on you. Are you staying over? In need of any supplies? " They definitely lack "hospitality" there! I am an IHG Member, but I am staying at the Marriott tonight!!!
