  My name is Noah and I run a travel company. We have stayed/sent people to Best Western Savannah multiple times. We always love our experience as the hotel is a great price and right in the middle of the city for our utmost convenience. We will definitely be staying here again and I recommend anyone staying in Savannah to check this place out!

  I selected this hotel due to its proximity to SCAD. It was a 12 minute walk from SCAD Museum of Art and quite a distance from the Riverwalk and City Market areas. Weather was beautiful all weekend, so we did not mind. But- the hotel itself was not very clean with visible dust and crud caked on the air vest, cobwebs on the ceiling, hair on the bathroom floor and super thin walls (hope our drunken neighbors survived what was surely a nasty hangover!). Bonus was that it was on a main street. It's afforable- but you get what you pay for.

  Great location meaning close to riverside - but the noise all night racing motorcycles, sirens 🚨 were awful. The manager at the desk needs to find a position she likes and is that she is better at. AC didn’t work in our room. And it was like an imposition to change rooms where we weren’t sweating. The owner could power wash the place and perhaps paint the insides of the doors so the peeling paint isn’t falling off. I am SHOCKED the BW flag allows this. Quite disappointed 😢 we will never recommend or be back. The rate showed 160. We paid over 270 with taxes and 36 parking outside in their lot. Horrible place.

  Initally landing in a roach infested motel…. Janice understood and checked us right in to a spotless room. This location is so great as it’s walkable to the river district . Breakfast offered was decent and with choices. After all of the confusion of the poor timing of tropical storm/ hurricane Melissa and the stress of back and forth decision making as to if we proceed on to Fl ….. another night was added to our stay at BW. Initally there was no vacancy but Janice and the front desk ladies went out of their way to keep us in our same room once reservations changed up making room for a second night While it may seem small to have to move locations….. given the chain of events of the weekend we really appreciated everything the front desk did for us. They literally saved our weekend from being a complete disaster /waist of short time spent and allowed us to get to enjoy some of Savannah. We never went on to Fl to our cruise… between the hurricane and a few sick family members we turned around and went home. The price was unbeatable for the area in general and the location/walkability was ideal. Thank you Janice and team for all of your efforts, they haven’t gone unnoticed.

  Stayed here with family from 10/23/25 to 10/26/25. Rooms were satisfactory. Location was convenient and everything was within walking distance. The breakfast, however, was very disappointing. They were constantly out of coffee and when they would bring more coffee in a thermos, the coffee was COLD and very weak. They also charged $36 per night for parking.
