  Nice stay. I had one complaint. It would benefit from outside seating, a patio with some benches. The pool was closed off. The grounds are uninviting and sterile feeling and the lobby area is pretty small. So if u want to leave your room and maybe sit outside you are out of luck.

  We stayed in room 338. If it wasn't for the crazy loud fan on the AC unit, it would have been a much better stay. Didn't really notice it while we're doing our normal things. When we laid down to sleep, holy cow, it was loud. Thermostat controls would not power the unit off even with the fan and auto, it still did not turn off. Other than that, the floors could use it good cleaning.

  We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From check in to check out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with great options to start the day off right.A special shout out to Sarah at the front desk for being so professional and truly going above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Her warm attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help with anything we needed made all the difference. Exceptional customer service like hers is rare! We will definitely be back and highly recommend

  The condition of the room was poor. Located in the first floor, the bathroom it smelled like urine. The shower drain was moldy. You could tell it had not been cleaned in a while because there were spider webs in the corners. The AC motor was loud, close to breaking down. And the filter was dirty. My husband and I had to cover the AC with extra pillow, towels, and sofa cushions to resonate the loudness. Unfortunately my photos have limited access in my phone and was unable to post the video. I’ll keep trying. The walls had spots that were puttied but not painted. The service was excellent but there was nothing g they could do to fix our problem. The hotel was entirely booked and there was only two employees in charge. Plus, you could tell they were swamped because it was Valentine’s Day. I was charged $210 for that unacceptable room. But I’m sure they will ignore my message and request to at least be partially refunded.

  Pleasantly surprised by how large room was with sitting area. The decor of lounge area and breakfast area so beautiful. Nice ambience to the atmosphere. I must say though the carpeting in the hallway to rooms looked like it needed a good vacuuming, but it was 6:30 already, so…but very pleased with room and all amenities like filtered water fountain station and accessible restrooms in the lobby.
