The worse hotel I ever been! Everything was so dirty, hairs everywhere, even a nail in my bed.
The didn’t refunded my money back. They barely apologized. The bat tub water was stock. It was a nightmare.
I arrive to the hotel late super tired straight to sleep, I didn’t realize all this mess until next day and I went to the front desk at 7 am and he said that I have to come back later to talk to the manager because he wasn’t there. I came back at 11 when my daughter soccer ends.
After spoke with the GM his response was that I should realize the same night and ask for another room? Really?
Again the worse hotel and worse service ever!

Leaving bad reviews is not really my style, but this experience was extremely overwhelming and made me feel incredibly unsafe. Starting at midnight, at least three individuals were screaming and banging on doors/walls nonstop both up and downstairs. We called the front desk, who advised us to just call the cops. We did have to call the police twice, unsure if anyone came out because the dispute lasted until at least 4 am, at which point we packed up and left. I’m a survivor of a violent crime, so having to hear extremely loud displays of anger made me relive experiences I wasn’t prepared to, and the reaction from staff was unconcerned at best. No one bothered to help amend the altercation; rather, they stayed inside the front desk with the door locked.
Upon calling the next morning, we got refunded for the two days we (understandably) cancelled but not for the night of trauma we had to endure. I definitely do not recommend this hotel for families or couples staying from out of town. While I understand that the hotel itself is not responsible for domestic conflicts, they are certainly responsible for removing rowdy guests from the premises, as well as aiding in cop intervention. I wish I could get a refund for the panic attack I experienced in my brief 5-hour stay.
Of note, I have significant video footage of the events as they escalated, should anyone dispute its severity.

To start, we couldn’t sleep due to excessive road noise in the room. Then around midnight someone started banging on the door of the room above us and shouting “Let me in!”. This was followed by 3-4 hours of screaming, shouting, and a woman crying. Front desk staff called the room, but that’s all they did. It didn’t help. They said we could call the police “if we wanted”. We did so, because we worried for the woman’s safety. We left in the middle of the night and found a new hotel because we didn’t feel safe ourselves. That was our first night of what was supposed to be 3. Management could have been more sympathetic. We got a refund for the last two nights, but we still have to pay for that first night of misery in that place. Please stay somewhere else!
Looks can be deceiving. I don’t know if these reviews are filtered, or we just happened to be here at the worst time ever. I will say, the room is very clean. But women and children be warned, this place is not safe. We stayed two nights, the first was perfectly fine. Night 2 was an absolute nightmare. We come back from a full day of activities to be met with some woman clearly on drugs hanging right outside our door. She asks me for my phone and for a ride. I politely decline and we awkwardly enter the room. There was a group of people SO LOUD. At this point it’s 11pm so you know we assume it’s people drunk and having a good time. No biggie. Well, it never stops. They are fighting, banging on doors, banging on the stairwell, SCREAMING women and men just screaming and being belligerent ALL. NIGHT. I’m not kidding. From 11pm to 5am and it only stopped at 5am because someone finally called the police. No sleep. When we checked out my husband asked about last night and front desk could not care less. Please, think twice before coming here. I fell for the reviews. Will never come back.
Edit: I see the other reviews got apologies, interesting. I hope they just do better for future guests so something like this never happens again.

We had a quick overnight stay here (arrived at 10pm and left at 7am) but it was lovely.
After a 17hr drive the last thing you want to do is wait forever to check in or have to inspect a hotel room and be disappointed.
Thankfully neither of those things happened here which is rare!
The check in was quick. The room is incredibly clean. The sheets and pillows smell like fabric softener the floors are clean the bathrooms are clean. Everything was nice and perfectly in order for us.
The area feels very safe, we’ve never been here before but there’s nothing sketchy within view of this property. The stairs and parking lot are very well lit.
There’s a Waffle House and gas station directly across the street which is so convenient. And we’re about a 10 minute drive from historic Savannah
I found no draw backs. There is no signs of bed bugs from my intense inspecting of the room and the noise pollution wasn’t a problem for us.
Were use to NYC sounds so maybe not everyone will feel relaxed in a busy environment, but we only heard 2 military planes fly overhead the whole night, any others weren’t bothersome enough to wake us (:
