My husband and I went for a wedding and this gorgeous lady saved us as we had the worst time the night before she was able to accommodate our request as we had to get ready!! She was a true hero and we will absolutely recommend this hotel for the staff alone!!

The room was very comfortable and the linens were especially nice, which made it easy to rest after a long day. They offer free coffee 24-7 I also want to recognize John at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly customer-service oriented. People like him really make a difference, especially after a tough or tiring day. When we were checking out, John was still there because his replacement had not yet arrived. Despite that, he remained professional, smiling, and genuinely kind. It’s clear he takes pride in taking care of guests, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you for maintaining such a comfortable hotel and for having team members like John who go the extra mile for guests. Please pass along our appreciation to him.
