This was genuinely one of the best vacations I have experienced. Went for a little couples get away and despite a couple of small issues such as keys not working (which was honestly nobody’s fault the door battery just went dead) but other than that this was a 10/5 vacation! Wonderful rooms which are perfect for a couples get away! Hugh shoutout to housekeeping, as a front desk agent most places slack in the housekeeping area but this place was 10/10 everything spotless!!!! Gorgeous pool area with an even nicer breakfast area nearby!!!! 5 minutes from st.simons pier! All the front desk staff are extremely nice and caring, felt like I was actually talking to a human rather than someone just locked into their job! Love this place and will definitely be back!!!

The people who work there have always been nice, professional and helpful. Breakfast was good, Zir may have been smaller since we went in the off season and there were not many rooms booked, but it still had enough of a selection. We had a king suite which had a good amount of room especially for two people. Several restaurants and a grocery store within a 2-3 miles. Also within 10 minutes or less to a the pier and lighthouse, beaches, and a strip with shops and restaurants. I have stayed here three times now and it’s my go to when in that area.

Challenging properly for mobility disabled. First let me start with I wish I could leave this hotel 5 stars!! The staff is amazing, the location is great, the pool is resort quality. Our low rating stems from some issues that are unique to us. If you are handicap this hotel will not work for you at all. There is only one accessible ramp in the entire property for all the rooms which requires you to enter one door of the lobby, and exit from another door. For example parked our car right in front of our room but the trip to get to that room was over 150 yards of navigating narrow door ways, tight sidewalks and narrow ramps. There is an elevator but to get it takes a lot of work. Second are the rooms. This is an older hotel, and it suffers from a dated design. The rooms are updated but just barely. The bathroom situation doesn’t work, small tubs, slick and dangerous. This was the worst night sleep in my life. The beds are like sleeping on 2x4’s. Went to bed at 9pm, got maybe an hour of sleep before we left next am. Cut a 3 day stay down to one night. I’m sure to some this hotel is 5 stars but to me it’s a 1 star property. Over all if you’re a college kid and want to do SSI on a budget then go for it. If you are mobility challenged please do your self a favor and go with a newer property.
