I can’t go to sleep on this bed so I’m writing reviews for today. The staff is friendly. The location is easy to get to. Parking is great. There are restaurants in walking distance. It’s still a great hotel. It’s just not a hotel for me.

Only had 1 person cooking food and ran out constantly of items. Felt sorry for the girl cooking. No one to help her. They also were having elevator issues. Only 4 people could ride at a time. Why hasn't that been fixed? Bathroom shower had very little pressure 😩

The pool was filled with debris and there was no water, hot water, tea or coffee in the lobby unlike every other Holiday Inn at which I have stayed. There was also no water in the rooms for the coffee maker and no place to fill water bottles in the public areas. The room was dark and musty. Only positive was the comfortable bed and fairly convenient location close to the freeway.
