    Horrible! Looks nothing like the pics. Smells old, extremely low lighting in the rooms. I’m only leaving this review because I hope you see it before you book. I didn’t look at the reviews because of the Holiday Inn brand and I booked through my credit card company. We stayed on the second floor. Apparently there was a wedding in the hotel and it absolutely didn’t matter that anyone else was on the hotel. The wedding guests roamed the halls, talking, screaming, laughing loud, running through the hallways. Calling to the front desk did nothing. The next morning I advised the person at the front counter and she proceeded to tell me she didn’t know “other” people where in the part of the building. No apology, no we will make sure to keep the noise down, nothing in regard to the solution. Our second night was horrible, the same thing happened. Called the front desk, could absolutely tell my complaint wasn’t taken seriously. We dealt with the same thing all night. The is constant running, stomping above us in the evening. We were here for 4 nights and it was absolutely horrible. I know nothing will be done to compensate us for this horrible stay. As you look at all the negative reviews, you can see there’s no genuine plans for improvements because every negative comment has the same non-chalant tone as a response, probably AI generated. I have to return to this area often but I know I will no longer stay in the area because it’s likely the owners of this location own others in the area. I will rather drive the 45 minutes to a from my meetings than stay in a place like this again. If you want to rest after your day or before travel back to your destination, do not stay here. I have a 6 hour drive home and I’m used to doing it alone with few stops but after staying here, I know I’ll have to take rest breaks. HORRIBLE!!!

    Stayed here Thanksgiving 2025. Eventhough the lobby is a bit drab, our king size room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. Nothing is more important to me than a good night's sleep, and this hotel delivered. The a/c and heating was also working well. Clean bathroom and good shower pressure. Nice modern gym. Unfortunately, here are the negatives: the breakfast was very sparse and there was only one lady working there. She was not friendly, did not speak English, and let the items run out constantly. We, as well as the other guests, had to go in the back into the kitchen area to ask her for basic items, and saw her in the kitchen looking at her phone, instead of working. Also, in the lobby of the hotel, there was no hot water, tea, or coffee like every other Holiday Inn at which we have stayed. The room was too dark, it needs to have more lighting. The ironing board cover was dirty. The pool area was dirty and filled with debris. Eventhough the pool is not used at this time of year, they should at least sweep the area, since all guests pass the pool on the way to the elevators. It gives an impression that the management doesn't care.

    Great location. The hotel is a little more dated than the website shows. The beds are firm if you’re into that. I can’t go to sleep on this bed so I’m writing reviews for today. The staff is friendly. The location is easy to get to. Parking is great. There are restaurants in walking distance. It’s still a great hotel. It’s just not a hotel for me.

    Nice clean rooms. Comfy bed. Continental breakfast was good, but they were not prepared for a tour bus. Only had 1 person cooking food and ran out constantly of items. Felt sorry for the girl cooking. No one to help her. They also were having elevator issues. Only 4 people could ride at a time. Why hasn't that been fixed? Bathroom shower had very little pressure 😩
