Check out time is clearly 11am Have 160+ nights with IHG yearly and this has never happened. There seems to be a lack of training. Attaching photo of the check out time so the staff could be retrained Outdated - TV in Room 307 has white spots all over it. TV’s are cheap these days to have for quality for hotel guests. There other great hotels in the area. Even if you are loyal with IHG look elsewhere
