    Extremely rude staff, i found it odd how last night jan 23, when i took my child to the pool, they started laughing, when i walked back around after forgetting the keycard they laughed again. Finally gained access and the water and room were ice cold. Staff friday night and saturday morning though with thr exception of one woman who im guessing was the manager around 830am, lack customer service skills, no welcoming, no have a good day, nothing at all, its as though the only time we were acknowledged was when they were laughing at our attempt to swim in a freezing cold pool.

    172/night, nice room however, I’m 25 mins away from what I came to the area for. This was the only place with an indoor pool otherwise I could have gotten a hotel closer and probably 100 cheaper… Well it’s January and even though I called to make sure there was a pool and was told there was but it wasn’t heated, I at least assumed the pool room would be warm considering the same hotel in Matthew’s nc is, wrong -.- to say I’m disappointed is an understatement
