We had booked through a third-party site, but unfortunately, the reservation was canceled due to their mistake. When we arrived, there was no record of our booking, but Toni was incredibly patient and kind while I called the site to sort things out. In the end, I canceled the original booking and made a new one directly with Toni — the whole process took some time, but she made it go smoothly, and we were so grateful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet. Breakfast offered plenty of food options, and the Costa coffee machine (plus hot water machine) was a big plus! We also enjoyed being able to walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner and relax watching sports on the big-screen TV in our room. Thank you, Toni, for your exceptional help and hospitality — thumbs up! 👍
