If I could give it 10 stars I would. Big rooms with a pull-out couch, a/c worked great, clean and the ladies at breakfast stayed open and extra 45 mins so our family could eat. They 100% made our day. Thank you to the staff.

Will probably not stay again. Our room was dirty. The shower was not clean and the sheets were also dirty. We were so tired I just laid a blanket down and slept.
Service was good. When I let them know of the state of the room they awarded us some extra stay points. But still will probably choose elsewhere next time.

The Crazy part is I was here less then three months ago and gave them 5 stars. Now I would give them zero stars if I could! Everything was going good then when I got to the room it had a bad smell. A random stench so I sprayed some cologne spray and cut the AC on just to let the air in the room circulate. None of the plugs worked, the microwave was off track but from driving in the snow I didn't care about any of that. While using the bathroom I see who the home 2 really belonged to! ROACHES!!!!! . (HOME 2 Roaches!). I didn't just see one in the bathroom running out of the bathroom I seen his family member but the mirror so two roaches in less then a min yeah it's a problem! Mind you I've added videos from two different rooms because they moved me(a whole different floor) and boom in the next room I wasn't even in it two mins I didn't even get to put my bags down and another ROACH! I am highly allergic to roaches and have been sneezing ever since. Yes i definitely left and booked me another room elsewhere. I hated I had to do that because not only was it snowing and the ice started to stick to the road at that point but packing up an autistic kid and moving abruptly isn't an easy task he literally was afraid to go to sleep at the next hotel because the roach experience terrified him.

Our check in person was great. Parking lot fit our truck and trailer right off i95. That's about where the good ended. Elevator smelled like rotten milk or vomit. Room was very sub par when it came to cleanliness. I think this one's in need of a corporate review. Upon reading other reviews Elevator has smelled for months. I didn't book it my brother did because normally home 2 are a safe stay.
