Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet (I will say we had an issue with our first room which they promptly rectified). Comfortable bed which led to a nice, quiet, and lengthy sleep. The breakfast (thanks to the Crocheting hopeful host) was great and well up to IHG standards. The costa coffee machine gives my coffee drinking spouse a real flavorful cup of coffee. Kudo's to IHG for installing these. Because of Hotels like this we have become hampton converts to IHG.
- MMM MNov 24, 20252.0The staff overall was rude. The hotel was clean. Seemed like a quiet location but has homeless people wondering around the property at all hours. The hotel manager was wearing pajamas when we got there. No welcoming, hello, etc from anyone at the front desk. The staff seemed to be in a rush and inconvenienced by everything. Someone at the front complained to me about wanting to get off their shift unsolicited. The breakfast cleaner was trying to run everyone out of there 45 minutes before breakfast closed. Another example is that they checked us out before we even checked out ourselves which locked my husband out of our room prior to checkout time.
