    Absolutely want to shout out the customer service at this hotel, our daughter left her stuffed animal that she is OBSESSED with. We called, they found it, and shipped it to us. The manager Celeste and the front end staff were nothing but kind. 10/10 would stay here again just for the staff. Thank you all so much again.

    Close to the middle of the area. Rooms clean. Breakfast remained stocked entire breakfast hours. Courteous staff. Everything you can ask for.

    Me and my boys were passing through on our way to florida and needed a bed a warm meal and a pool. I would have rather slept in my car. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. Service was okay. Location was Great! The pool was so disgusting with some type of white film on top. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the moment it was built. The ac was full of God knows what and we were just breathing it all in. 0 of 10 for cleanliness, you can tell they wipe down the sink with the same rag as they wipe down the toilet and just change the sheets(maybe). Not 1 vacuum used. Im just happy we didnt get bed bugs. Most definitely will never stop in GA again.

    The shower water doesn't even get warm enough to steam up the mirror. We had to ask for toilet paper as there was only a small portion of a roll when we checked in and no extra. The lobby of the 4th floor smelled like sewage. We were told we'd be given extra IHG points for the inconveniences but that never happened. Road noise on 4th floor was pretty bad, but thankfully you couldn't really hear the airplane traffic. We would not stay here again.

    I stay here often when in Pooler for work. The hotel itself is fine what you would expect for a Holiday Inn that isn't brand new. But I wanted to give a shout out to Cheryl, her service is amazing. I didn't see her last time I stayed or upon check in last night so was worried she had left and the experience wasn't the same. But she was there this morning to my relief and her morning welcome made it a little easier to be away from home. Thanks Cheryl!
