  This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a Hilton property. During breakfast, my daughter drank milk that was clearly spoiled and immediately had to run to the restroom to vomit. A staff member saw the situation and removed about 15 cartons of milk from the refrigerator, which strongly suggests the milk had gone bad. When I calmly mentioned that the milk was spoiled, the staff member responded defensively, saying it “had not been out that long.” What shocked me the most was the complete lack of concern. Not once did she ask if my daughter was okay. A simple apology and concern would have been the minimum level of customer care. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only issue during our stay. The shower water pressure was extremely weak, and there was a loud mechanical noise during the night that made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the dishwasher in our room appeared dirty and had dishes sitting inside, which made the room feel poorly cleaned and unsanitary. I have stayed at many Hilton properties over the years, and as a Silver member this experience was extremely disappointing. Based on what we experienced here, it honestly makes me question whether I want to stay at Hilton properties in the future. Cleanliness, food safety, and basic guest care should never fall below this level.

  Not good for the price I was there for 3 weeks yes they do clean but they don’t vacuum and I know cause I put some thing at the carpet and it was there till I check out I think the price is overpriced

  Checked in to room only to find there was NO HEAT. Outside tems were freezing. We were offered blankets but told there was no other room. We were told we would be ALLOWED to check out without charge, LOL. We left and stayed at adjacent Marriott. I still have a 5 dollar charge on my credit card.

  Checked in after dinner. Large room with a comfortable bed. Had a warm full breakfast in the morning and headed down the road for home. Would stay again

  We spent 2 nights at this hotel for our trip to Savannah. We booked this hotel as on their website it stated that they had an airport shuttle. To our surprise on arrival they stated that the shuttle ended at 7 PM and to take an uber at our arrival at 11. At an airport like SAV the majority of flights arrive close to midnight and depart early in the morning which should be the main shuttle times. Upon arrival, the employee at the front desk did not seem any bit interested in greeting us or asking if we needed anything. Thankfully I had the digital key and could go straight to the room. Headed into our last night I went to request the shuttle to the airport in the morning because there should be no way that the shuttle doesn’t run for morning flights, right? But no, it wasn’t running that day and we were again told to uber to the airport. As a diamond member who spends the majority of their nights in airport hotels advertising a shuttle and then not providing those services is completely unacceptable. Other hotels with restricted shuttle hours clearly post those in the app so people can make hotel decisions accordingly. The only redeeming factor saving this hotel from a 1 star review was a decently clean room and acceptable Home2 breakfast.
