- WWWallace David WoodliefDec 7, 20252.0We spent 2 nights at this hotel for our trip to Savannah. We booked this hotel as on their website it stated that they had an airport shuttle. To our surprise on arrival they stated that the shuttle ended at 7 PM and to take an uber at our arrival at 11. At an airport like SAV the majority of flights arrive close to midnight and depart early in the morning which should be the main shuttle times. Upon arrival, the employee at the front desk did not seem any bit interested in greeting us or asking if we needed anything. Thankfully I had the digital key and could go straight to the room. Headed into our last night I went to request the shuttle to the airport in the morning because there should be no way that the shuttle doesn’t run for morning flights, right? But no, it wasn’t running that day and we were again told to uber to the airport. As a diamond member who spends the majority of their nights in airport hotels advertising a shuttle and then not providing those services is completely unacceptable. Other hotels with restricted shuttle hours clearly post those in the app so people can make hotel decisions accordingly. The only redeeming factor saving this hotel from a 1 star review was a decently clean room and acceptable Home2 breakfast.
