When I checked in they confirmed they would bring a rollaway bed. I waited up until midnight and the bed never came. There are 100 hotels in the area and we would have HAPPILY stayed somewhere else if this holiday inn could not accommodate us. What a SCAM. The only saving grace was the morning attendant who was kind and apologized for the inconvenience with a $30 discount. This place sucks.

We walked in our room after a long drive at midnight and found a pullout bed with no sheets or blankets anywhere to be found covered in stains. The last thing I wanted to do at midnight is wait in the lobby for 40 minutes for Someone to get me Sheets and a pillow. The room was filthy and full of stains. Bathroom smelled like someone just took a hot poop and the rest of the room was musty.
