    The helper in the kitchen was controlling what we can and cannot eat. She was following my kids harassing them. Instead of offering help she was cursing them. They claim that kids under 8 aren’t allowed on the breakfast area. Went look for a manager to stop this nonsense and there was no one on the front desk. Avoid this hotel if you have kids. They don’t want them here.

    I am torn on this place because the people who work here are super friendly. However, the rooms are no longer being maintained. The blinds have broken/missing chains and cannot be opened. The AC housing is cracked and the fan has a repetitive whining sound. The tub does not drain. The shower has many clogged nozzles. The walls are thin; I can hear the neighbors easily. I am betting this place will stay open long.

    Worst place to stay WiFi don’t work properly maintenance as well said they been having trouble with it for a month there IT support don’t help out.. can’t use there Ethernet port since they as well don’t work

    Working for hotels for years I can say this by far is the best service I have ever been provided at any hotel even the ones I have worked for. My boyfriend had many, sometimes annoying requests and they did it without asking many questions just to provide a great service. The GM was willing to roll his sleeves up to help me one day as well… If I could rate it higher I would anyone including the GM should be proud of this team!

    DO NOT Stay the People work there is not professional. The staff at this location were unprofessional. We reserved a 26-foot moving truck and confirmed beforehand that there would be space to park it. However, when we arrived, we were told to move the truck even though no one else was parked there. Additionally, several amenities did not match what was advertised. The hot tub was cemented over, the pool was extremely cold, and there were no towels available in the pool area. To top it off, the TV remote batteries were dead. Overall, a disappointing experience that did not meet expectations.
