  No hot tub. Room recently renovated, but missing items like clothes rod. (I was staying a week so had lots of things to hang. Breakfast is awful, coffee is bad. Very noisy. Would not recommend

  Went here to enjoy the indoor pool and amenities. Upon check in they mentioned pool was not currently heated but was indoors. We checked into room, my kids prepared to go swimming & when we went down to check the pool it was freezing & dirty. The pool wasn't even turned on to circulate water, there was dirt and bugs in it, it didnt even smell like chlorine or any other cleaning products. The facilities were locked and everything was rusted. Absolutely nothing as advertised. Building was under construction so there is no access to bar & other amenities. We attempted to cancel our reservation as I just made a new one somewhere else that was functional. They refused to cancel since we 'used the room' and were made aware of an unheated pool. I would like to say the front desk agent was friendly at check in but I feel that they would rather avoid losing money than taking ownership for their current inability to provide the amenities advertised for their hotel. They did suggest to move me to a sister location but due to the time of the evening I went ahead and just reached out to a hotel of my choice to ensure there facilities were fully functioning.

  I wish we would have read the reviews before we booked. This was our last stop to end our mountain trip on our way back home, wanting to give our toddlers a break from the car and to see Savannah for the first time. We decided on this spot because it’s right beside the airplane museum, which our boys really wanted to go to, and it only leaves us a 3 hour drive to our home. I grew up staying in Best Westerns when my family would do road trips so we figured it could be a decent nights stay. When you enter the lobby it reeks of fabuloso yet it’s not clean. Every floor has a different smell to it. We stayed on the third. The elevator tried to go up with the doors open, you have to press the close door button - completely not safe for kids. The second floor opened for a couple to get out and it smelled like must. The worst floor is the third, the entire hallway and room smelled like Indian food. The floors in the room are disgusting and looks like they haven’t seen a carpet cleaner in years. There was a small hair near the pillow on the sheets, and an orange stain on the bottom sheet near the edge. Crumbs were on the couch and the bathroom had an odor. I was tempted to just pack the car back up and take the 3 hour drive back home but the museum was closed for the day and they really wanted to go. Didn’t do breakfast, the overall experience was bad enough didn’t want to chance eating food here and after reading the reviews seems like we made a good choice.

  The check in to the hotel is at 4pm I had to wait an hour because the room was not ready. I asked if I can leave the hotel later since my room is not and they said no.            the room is already paid for.

  We stayed at the Best Western premier last night in Poole, GA. The young lady that checked us in was pleasant, room was clean, and staff was nice. The reason we picked this hotel because they said that they had a restaurant and bar, low in behold it was under construction! If they would have said that on their website we would have chosen a different place to stay. After driving 10 hours you just want to stay in and not have to get right back in your vehicle then to go find a place to eat. If the staff is reading this the coffee maker in Room 227 does not work, correct your website about the restaurant and bar!
