The amenities were another big plus: a great gym with solid equipment and a clean indoor pool, both of which exceeded expectations for a hotel in this category. What really sets this place apart is the incredible value for the money. It truly outshines other hotels in the area in terms of cleanliness, quality, and overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling through or staying in Perry.
- PWPingchun WuDec 28, 20252.0The evening staff was responsive and attentive to our needs. The 24 hour coffee bar was a nice gesture. HOWEVER, the cleanliness is not comparable with other hotels at this price. The bathroom sink drains poorly, and we found a significant amount of dirt inside the sink, including contact lenses left behind by the previous guest. The soap and body wash dispensers are old and difficult to press, and the shampoo had run out and was not refilled. There is no bath mat provided in the bathroom, and due to the design of the shower door, the floor remains constantly wet. At 10:00 PM on December 28, 2025, a hardworking front desk staff member was also covering housekeeping duties. After receiving our call, he promptly brought the requested items to our room. I felt that due to negligence in cleaning, he was burdened with an unreasonable additional workload. On the next day, I also noticed there was only one person working in and out of the pantry. All the cleaning, preparing for food were on that one person. The hotel is understaffed on the day I checked in. Hope they can see that eventually the guests and the staffs are not having what they deserve.

They have bed bugs on the walls in the room and in the bathroom. My husband, toddler son and I were all grossed out. We didn’t sleep to very well after he killed two bugs while we were watching TV then when he went in the bathroom he killed two more. Chances are we will not be staying here again and the hotel was a good price clean friendly staff don’t care too much for the food but yeah… the bugs did it for me.
