  I have no complaints about the Hotel it’s self, but the staff on the other hand.. not a single one is friendly. If you ask for anything they make it seem like the biggest inconvenience. I went to the desk to ask for my room to be cleaned, made it clear we had no toilet paper or towels she didn’t even offer a roll of toilet paper, but instead told me she couldn’t make the housekeeper come to my room any faster. I didn’t ask for them to come fast, just for it to be cleaned sometime that day, when we got back to the room at 8pm it hadn’t been cleaned. We were also told one of the managers was probably acting that way because she does not like when people try to talk to her. Rented a golf cart one night it died after 30 minutes, almost a mile from the hotel. When my fiancé let them know, they did not offer to make it right but just said that’s why we don’t rent them for more than an hour…

  Upon arrival of the hotel Sara at the front desk has been amazing! She is very knowledgeable friendly and very professional and pleasant. My last stay at a completely different hotel was so pleasant. However Sara assure me I was in great hands. Ask for Sara she will gladly assist you! 💕

  I'm Diamond status and I've stayed at over 100 IHG properties over the years and I WOULD go back to this one even though it's an older property. The bed was super comfortable, which is key and the young lady at the front desk was really great. Not a fan of the parking lot, but that's pretty minor. Main concern for this property besides being old was how the vents are connected from one room to the next. My neighbor cooked the most garlic smelling food I have ever encountered in my life. Not the hotels fault. But given the age of the hotel I literally was still smelling the food when I woke up the next morning. I went out to my car and got different clothes to go to work because I was afraid my smelled too much like garlic.

  Dieses „Hotel“ – wenn man es überhaupt so nennen darf – weigert sich seit über drei Wochen nach dem Check-out, eine einfache Rechnung auszustellen. Das sagt eigentlich schon alles über deren „Professionalität“. Das Zimmer war ein Albtraum: schmutzig bis zum Ekel, lebende Kakerlaken als Mitbewohner, und der Service – völlig gleichgültig, als hätte man um Almosen gebeten. Ich würde nicht mal meinem schlimmsten Feind empfehlen, hier zu übernachten. Beim nächsten Mal schlafe ich lieber auf der Parkbank – da ist es wenigstens sauberer und ehrlicher.
