- PRPC Master race1 day ago5.0Just finished a month long stay. Why there are no more familiar faces anymore the new staff members are friendly and overall great. I I will say Allison is my favorite and exceeded the standard that has been set over the years. I love her she's an amazing person. Since the Hilton took over, it lost the charm that the hotel had of when I first went there. I'll say things been going downhill and the only saving Grace was the staff. However, the staff that I've known for over 10 years are all gone now with the exception of Christina who has moved up in Hilton. However, my last stay, it was definitely missing the charm. I remember when there used to be a lounge area that had a chess board, a library. Overall a nice warming atmosphere. The staff felt more like your friend but since the Hilton took over, it no longer feels that way. It feels cheap. Well the staff is caring and they're friendly. I never had the feeling that we were friends. And like I said when I stay I stay typically a month. But Allison felt like a friend. She's the reason I will be continuing to only use this hotel.

I asked for a late checkout (one hour) and was told that it was not available. I told colleagues staying at the hotel, and they informed me they were granted 2 hour late checkouts. I submitted a tax free form, and taxes were still added to my bill. The heater did not work, and it was in the 30s over night. The maintance man came to my room, but he was unable to repair the mistake. Overall, it was an unpleasant stay. I will not stay at this property again.

Everything was nice and very easy to stay on site both days without having to leave; room, convention, Restaurant, bar, gym, etc. Good job Hilton.

From check-in to checkout, the service was exceptional and the staff truly made us feel welcome. A special thank you to Lela and Justin for their outstanding hospitality—both went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And we can’t forget Ms. Francis, who makes the best omelets ever! Her warm smile and friendly energy were the perfect way to start each morning. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained, but it’s the people who really set this Hilton apart. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
- EBEmily BOct 31, 20251.0stayed here for my friends wedding. was told i could check in early no problem. they gave us our keys and we went to the room and they did not work so the maintenance guy was sent to help. the door was deadbolted which he said happens sometimes when it slams. he was able to get it open and it was an already occupied room but now had my name on the tv welcome screen. they gave us another set of keys that was for a room that housekeeping had not yet been to but was at least vacated. unfortunately we didn’t have time to try another room before getting ready to leave to make it in time for the wedding. after the ceremony we came back to move our things to a finally clean vacated room (we couldn’t stay in the second one because housekeeping was not able to get to it because there was only one person on staff that saturday??) which delayed us getting to the reception. no one at the front desk seemed at all alarmed or concerned with how horribly this was going for us and they were not able to provide any refund for the inconvenience. i spent a month trying to get in contact with hilton customer service to see about any sort of refund or compensation for the troubles we had and got the run around with their management each time. finally after contacting my credit card company twice they were able to find out that all they could do was add some points to my hilton account which is of course of no use because i will not be using them
