  We live local and booked this hotel specifically for my daughter‘s birthday so that we could do some indoor swimming on a cold day. I called that morning (2/28/26) to make sure the INDOOR POOL & SAUNA were in working order, which the lady assured me that they definitely were and would be available until 10pm. Imagine my surprise when we checked into our room, got our our suits on, and found a locked door with “closed for maintenance” signs at the indoor pool area. The girl at the front desk had zero empathy and honestly seemed annoyed that I even bothered her with my issue. I’m proud of my daughter for turning a bad situation into a positive one, as she suggested we use the hotel gym and just get a workout in. She was upset but we enjoyed the gym and its amenities. There was a very kind maintenance man working and he did try to start the sauna for us, but said it had been down for a while so he may not be able to start it up. This confused me even more of course, considering my conversation from that morning. But I appreciated his kindness and trying to help us. One star is for the maintenance worker and the other is for our room and comfy beds. Unfortunately, the miscommunication on a special day overrides all of that for me. Wouldn’t stay again.

  Beds were good. The room didn't cone with a microwave but one available for an extra fee. Continental breakfast was not included.

  Very nice and perfect for meetings. Meeting rooms is great. Staff is great and food is really good. Rooms are super clean as is the whole area.

  Our stay was great. We were a little disappointed about the indoor pool being closed for renovations but it didn’t impact us much since it is winter in Georgia and knew the out door would be closed. When we checked in Jane was there and helped us and she was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us all the directions for the hotel and paces to check out locally. She even updated our reservation because I didn’t indicate I had my daughter with me so we got my full diamond status benefits. If you’re going to stay here make sure to tell Jane hi because she is awesome.

  We came into town for Valentines weekend. This hotel is a low key spot but close to everything! Athena was a great host! She made sure we had everything we needed and felt welcome. She absolutely deserves a raise for how above and beyond her customer service was. The room was vey clean. It was a Normal King size bed room with cute aesthetics. I loved the Ray portrait. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We would book again.
