I went down and spoke to the front desk attendant. She stated the chillers are turned off bc temp is below freezing outside and that I should sleep with the patio door cracked….. excuse me???? Heat rises we are on the third floor . I asked if I check out today instead of tomorrow will my money be refunded because it was not explained to me that the chillers would be off I wouldn't have booked here ! I know my children's status. She said she cannot refund me . I asked, u cannot refund me for something that is out of my control ? She stated one of the engineers can come talk to me . I don't need a conversation with an engineer I need a resolution and my money back for tonight's stay it's before 11 . It's been situation after situation since we checked in . Brown water from the faucet, red hair in the sink, the bathtub, the floor and in the bed. Left over sodas in the refrigerator. I'm not understanding . She said she can't call her manager on her day off she cannot refund me and if she moves me to a lower floor it will just be the same thing bc it’s hot : I look at reviews and it’s the same thing months ago! So it’s not a thing bc of the outside temperature this place is charging a pretty penny for discomfort with no resolution bc they are skimping out of a good ventilation system for this place . Poor management, poor business tactics. If I could give 0 stars I would !

Both of our room keys got wiped while we were out which was a "common occurrence" according to the front desk. The employee failed to check IDs the three times we had to ask for new keys to rooms, which is a pretty big security risk since we could have asked for any room that wasn't ours. Great gym/pool area and everyone was nice.
- JKJosh KeyNov 28, 20252.0This hotel allows dogs in all rooms with no designated area without them so be prepared to be woken up at any point in the night by a neighbor’s dog. On our first 2 nights, we were woken up multiple times by multiple dogs barking in our hallway. When we said something to the front desk after the first night they said there was nothing they could do about it, so after the 2nd night we had to relocate rooms on the other side of the hotel as a result, with no guarantee there wouldn’t be dogs around us. When we got to the new room the paintings had rips and there was a stain on the comforter. When I requested a new one, they brought the duvet cover and comforter separately so I had to put it together myself. The amenities are nice but the management seems like they are very reactive to issues instead of trying to proactively get ahead of them. It’s not a bad option but if you have the opportunity I’d recommend staying somewhere else.
