The GM was absolutely incredible, and the guy and girl at the bar were so welcoming and attentive. I’m so sorry I forgot everyone’s names, but the catering manager especially was outstanding — she went above and beyond and truly made a lasting impression. It genuinely means so much to feel like family when I stay somewhere, and that’s exactly how this team made me feel. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality did not go unnoticed. I can’t wait to come back!

If there’s any issue, they genuinely focus on solving it right away. The hotel feels warm and comfortable — almost like a home away from home. Only one small wish: if the beds were ever upgraded to be a bit firmer, it would be absolutely perfect 😉
