  My stay at Crowne Plaza Atlanta SW - Peachtree City was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. The professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were evident in every interaction. The rooms were spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable the bed felt like it was designed for real rest after a long day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel strikes the perfect balance between upscale and relaxing. Everything from the lobby to the common areas was well-maintained and inviting. What truly stood out was the level of customer service. Any request I had was handled promptly and with a positive attitude. It’s clear that this location prioritizes guest experience and takes pride in what they do. If you’re visiting Peachtree City for business or leisure, I highly recommend staying here. This hotel sets the standard for comfort, hospitality, and excellence. I’ll definitely be back. (Be sure to get the French Toast at breakfast)

  Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta SW - Peachtree City was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a pristine, secluded, private retreat—peaceful, refreshing, and exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly spacious, immaculate, and spotless. Every detail reflected care and excellence. The bathroom décor was especially beautiful—modern, elegant, and flawlessly clean. You could truly tell that cleanliness and comfort are a priority here. The absolute highlight of our stay, however, was Tashia at the front desk. She was informative, caring, friendly, courteous, and genuinely welcoming from the start. Her passion for ensuring guests feel valued and well taken care of was evident in every interaction. She made us feel important and set the tone for what turned out to be a wonderful stay. Tashia is truly a tremendous asset to the Crowne Plaza and the IHG hotel family. We loved everything about our experience and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!

  Omg! Where do I start?! From the beginning the manager was warm good spirits, even walked out to the car to explain directions to my husband. Front staff office amazing! The hotel is amazing property very well maintained. Bar and food were amazing! Bar tender Amazing, great atmosphere! Indoor pool was warm! Me and my husband really enjoyed ourselves,it’s very secluded IHG really impressed me, I got it all FREE with my Reward Points! Listen PLEASE go give them a visit, you will not be disappointed I promise you!

  The hotel and staff were excellent! We ate at the hotel restaurant which was great. They went above and beyond to make sure the wrestling team we were with was taken care of. The bar tender offered suggestions and was very helpful also. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay. The rooms were clean and indoor pool was well maintained. The gym was also well furnished with equipment. Would stay here again!
