- RCRegina Carter1 day ago1.0The staff tried but when you have a subpar product, let’s say you can’t put lipstick on a pig. The grounds were semi landscaped, could use an upgrade. I didn’t know if wolves were around. The buildings are old and have a moldy smell. The representative told me they were built in the 1970’s. You can tell, I couldn’t sleep thinking I was breathing in asbestos. The room itself is old and mold smelling. The shower was not clean and the carpets were dirty. I left the room, for apparent reasons. I tried the restaurant, no one was there or staying at the hotel at all. That was strange. I ordered a flat bread pizza, the dough was old and freezer burned. It wasn’t cooked thoroughly. The waiter was nice, Juan. I would not recommend this hotel at all. IHG is or was a luxury brand. They can do better than this. I do not recommend for health reasons. Not worth the price at all.

- JCJan ConteNov 27, 20253.0It was our first time at your hotel for a Thanksgiving brunch which was pretty costly. Where do I begin? The reception staff was very cordial and warm. We were seated and a wait staff member introduced himself. My husband asked for a sweet tea, never got it. I asked for coffee with milk. The milk came back, but it was not milk, it was a horrible creamer. Ruined my coffee. The omelettes were prepared well. The ham was good, but the turkey was dry and salty. The dressing was very salty. The cranberries were good. I tried a sliver of cheesecake, it was all whipped cream. The pecan pie was all syrup and topped with pecans. The desserts were undesirable. The food was not up to par for the amount of money we paid per person. The beef was RAW. It was inedible. The bananas foster was cooked in a burnt pan, used sliced browned banana slices. I was not satisfied with this brunch. We will never come again and I would not recommend it. The reason why we chose it was because friends attended a gala there a few months ago and raved about the food. The reservation was under the name of Alex Aversano.
