- ESElizabeth SeybothJan 5, 20264.0The hotel was brand new and beautiful. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. However, because it was brand new (6 days open), the water tasted "moldy." I noticed it when brushing my teeth. I didn't want to give it to my dog. We also booked an ADA compliant room. We had a walk-in shower, but the toilet was too low for my octegenarian mom. Another note: the address is Mundy Mill Drive, but the entrance is not on that road... tough to find the entrance on a dark January night. The parking lot was dark near the handicap parking, which made it hard for my mom to exit the car with confidence. The people at the desk were wonderful.

Painters arrived early so we came to this lovely hotel, hoping we’d be able to check in early. Omar and Cameron greeted us with smiles as soon as we walked in! Great customer service, which is so hard to find nowadays!!! They gladly accommodated our early check in! Thank you Cameron and Omar for a wonderful experience!

I also really appreciated how dog friendly the hotel is, it made traveling with my pet stress free. Clean rooms, comfortable stay, and great value overall. I would definitely stay here again.
