The man at the front desk remembered my name the next day, and he was also very personable and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. I liked the pullout couch and the fancy furniture. There was plenty of room for our two children while I baby sat and cooked tortillas in the provided microwave.

After 5-6 stays since summer, I am happy to give them a five star review. Tonya is the best General Manager I've dealt with. Her professionalism and care are evident in her staff as well. Highly recommend.

I requested another room. It was better but that's not saying much. The bathrooms in both rooms needed a deep clean. Baseboards were coated in dust. Room didn't feel clean. Rooms feel worn, basic and not clean. Parking lot was all torn up and not enough parking. I paid $178 with tax; not worth it. I frequently stay in Gainesville but I won't be staying.

Only downside is parking. Very tight and cramped in the front. However to the far side there is ample parking, but a walk to the front is necessary. Will continue to stay here for my visits to the area.
