  Rooms are your standard home2 suite rooms with everything you need. We had about 12 people staying here for my daughter’s wedding. The hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming. We hung out in the lobby chatting and catching up until 2am most nights and not once did the staff complain. Outstanding hotel and staff. You have a great restaurant right behind the hotel called Arts and Jake’s. Plus the mall across the street.

  After a late night emergency having to leave our home we found our way to this location. We had nothing but the clothes on our backs and a very tired toddler. They were very accommodating and friendly welcoming us with a smile and friendly conversation. The rooms were also extremely spacious and clean. I was extremely impressed by them and of my family is ever in another emergency situation like this again I will definitely be using them! I loved that we were super close to dining and shops giving visitors to the area a chance to get out and explore while also being in a quiet more reserved place so traffic isn’t horrendous keeping you up. It’s close to the interstate to for easy commute but again not so close you hear the road noises.

  As a traveling healthcare provider and a titanium elite Marriott member, I always book my stays at the Marriott hotel. On one business trip, the Newnan TownePlace Suites Marriott hotel booked me a room at the Newnan Home2suites due to being fully booked at the Marriott’s expense as a curtsey. Unfortunately, on my next scheduled business trip to Newnan, I decided to book a room at the Newnan home2 suites hotel and give it a chance. Unexpectedly, my work location was changed the last minute , so I had to travel to another city. Due to busyness of travel, I forgot to cancel my reservation with the Newnan Home2suites hotel. The manger of the hotel didn’t hesitate to charge my credit card without giving me a call to see if I was coming or not, or having me checked in. She also made sure to put a note in the system so no refund would be applied while she was not there. I called and explained the situation to a professional front desk lady who couldn’t help due to her manger’s instructions. Not only that, the manger fought this fee for over 3 months to get the money by being petty. The manger got less than $200, but she lost thousands of dollars on the long term. Ma’am, you lost the chance to win a loyal Marriott customer to become a Hilton one. This is pure demonstration of crappy customer service and poor management. It was never about the money, it was about customer satisfaction and longevity of keeping customers in-house. You surely lost not only one customer, but all the other colleagues whom could have been referred to your location. I advise all other customers reading this post to seek another hotel with professional management and stay away from Newnan Home2suites.
