- TJThomas Johnston5 days ago2.0The rooms are outdated. It is obvious that they are attempting to remodel. There was new carpet in the hallways, but the carpet in the room is old. The stairwell were freshly painted. The elevator has been broken all week. There apparently is not a dumpster on premises so the garbage has just been piled up in a big cart by the back door blicking rear doors and walkway. The area where the ice machine smells musty and of mildew, which I have to pass everytime I go up and down the 3 flights of stairs. I did not receive my Diamond Water or Snack. I was thankful that they granted my early check in free of charge. I did not get a chance to use the pool or exercise room so I cannot comment on those. As I was parked in the back lot and having to use the stairs I never made it to breakfast. Drink selections and snack selection in the shop area were very limited.

I watched her charm the guy in front of me who obviously was having a bad day. She treated him right and he went to his room with a smile on his face. Everything was perfect but I question why you would place a handicap accessible room on the 3rd floor at the end of the hall.
