Funny thing is, the room already smelled like smoke when I checked in last time. The staff was nice and the stay was okay overall, I just didn’t appreciate being blamed for something that wasn’t me. It would help if the hotel kept better notes on situations like that, especially when guests check in to a room that already has a smell.

The check-in process was super easy, along with the booking process. The only con really is the bed… beds definitely need to be upgraded as they’re insanely loud. Rolling over, getting up to use the restroom, or barely moving at all makes such a loud noise that my husband and I kept accidentally waking each other up due to the very loud metal frame. Our rooms were clean, despite a few stains on surfaces like tables, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Other than the very loud bed, the staff members I spoke with, have been extremely friendly and very welcoming. I’ve only booked AirBnB’s, so I was a tad clueless about the check-in process booking a hotel, the gentleman that checked me in was very patient and described the process during check-in very well. He was super helpful and made the process quick and easy. The lobby was very clean & welcoming as well.
