  DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! First off I called to book a room and they said they didn’t have any and were booked up. My husband calls literally 2 min later and asks for a room and they book him one immediately! What in the world is going on there? You’ll book rooms for men but not women?! Is this real life?! They OVERCHARGE when an event is going on & the rooms are dirty. Stains on lampshades & the floor. The ceiling in the bathroom was tore up and showing signs of mold. random dead bugs in the corners of the room. The coat hanger in the room straight up fell off the wall when I tried to hang up my jacket. Went to get ice from the ice maker on the 4th floor & the machine had this thick black goo on the inside of the machine. CLEARLY never cleaned. Freaking nasty. Have you ever heard the term.. it’s like putting lipstick on a pig? Well that’s the perfect example of this place. Looks nice at first and then you realize it was a huge mistake booking a room here. Front desk staff is RUDE. Staff appearance is ROUGH, most of them dress & look like they are in a work release program. No early check in so don’t even bother asking cause you’ll just get attitude. Don’t complain either cause staff will retaliate & delete your room key access. TRUE STORY!!!!! Over $200 for a dirty room & HORRIBLE customer service. Don’t bother complaining to management or corporate cause they won’t do a thing for you. There are multiple other hotels in the area that you’re better off staying at. Do yourself a favor & STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. Trust me.

  No coffee maker in the room!? The lady at the desk said it was “corporate decision” but I stay at 20 some Holiday Inns a month and it’s the first one to not have a coffee maker in the room. Don’t stay here if you want coffee first thing in the morning. I get to talk to the manager at 6am about it, without having had coffee first.

  I felt very comfortable during my entire stay. The room design was stylish and made the space feel luxurious. The staff offered excellent customer service. The hotel was well-located and easy to access. I would happily stay here again.

  We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Milledgeville! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern, with everything we needed for a relaxing night. The check-in staff was fantastic — especially Jasmin, who was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The hot breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus, and the lobby area was perfect for relaxing and gathering with friends or family. Overall, a great experience — we’ll definitely stay here again!
