From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Jaden at the front desk, and honestly, that first interaction set the tone for the entire stay. Jaden was professional, friendly, welcoming, and made check-in smooth and easy. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in his work. Excellent customer service like that goes a long way and really makes a difference. The rooms were absolutely amazing — very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and well put together, which made it easy to relax after a long day of travel. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the overall cleanliness was top-notch. The gym was great — clean, well-equipped, and perfect for getting a quick workout in while traveling. The breakfast was also really good, with a solid variety of options and everything well stocked and organized. It was a great way to start the morning without having to leave the hotel. Overall, this location exceeded my expectations. Great service, great amenities, and great rooms. Huge shoutout to Jaden for the outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in the area and would highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone traveling nearby.
