Every time we stay, the staff delivers personalized, friendly service that truly sets this place apart. The beds are absolutely the most comfortable we’ve slept on — after long tournament days, that alone is worth the stay. They’ve also gone above and beyond with the little things: when we forgot toothpaste, they happily gave us some for free, and they even handed us Taco Mac coupons, which was a great bonus for grabbing dinner nearby. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the kitchenette is perfect for tournament weekends. After multiple stays, Candlewood Suites McDonough has become our reliable home-away-from-home. Highly recommend for anyone traveling for sports or needing a comfortable, welcoming place to stay.

Of course it wasn’t a problem and I was informed I could move over the weekend. When I asked if I could move early, I was told yes, but when I told them it was late and Saturday would be perfect, I got nothing but attitude from the front desk employee and they had a manager contact my employer. Who does that? You were rude to me and then you call my bosses and say I’m giving you problems? I was super kind the entire time and ASKED if I could move the next day LIKE YOU SAID I COULD. That was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will not be staying here again if I don’t have to. Very rude.
