Front desk was extremely rude and not accommodating at all. They put our family on separate floors, wouldn't accept my credit card, said it had to be my husband's. Newsflash, it's my account, I set it up, I made the reservation, I picked the hotel, it's my email and my phone number. Just because it's in his name (from 3 years ago when we initially set up the account doesn't mean it's not mine as well), there should be a process to accept either the husband or wife's credit card....we're married. How unprofessional and disappointing, we will not be back to this location. Note: I don't have this issue at other Holiday Inn locations - only this one.

Jonas was excellent what a pleasant young man. Can't say the same for the other two ladies at the desk with him. People at the front desk you need to be pleasant and friendly to your guests. The room was great because I dealth with Jonas in discussing my allergies . Location was good. Just wish it would be consistent with all the Holiday Inn's they would welcome an IHG member, sometimes they give water etc. The room was good, bathroom was clean, sheets were clean.

Conveniently located off Rte 75 and directly across the street from a Bojangles Chicken. The woman that checked me in was very polite and friendly. The rooms were clean, and smelled clean. The bed was comfortable and we did not hear any noisy neighbors thankfully. Options for the included breakfast were hot and cold. Fresh ground and brewed coffee by the cup and coffeemate creamers were available. Would stay again.

I was told at the front desk that there was only one room available and it happened to be the most expensive. I took it but noticed later that the parking lot was not very full and there were only a few people at breakfast. Also, she wouldn't let me use rewards points for payment.

I hate to sound callous but if you want to stay at a hotel where you have folks panhandling 10-20 feet from the hotel entry door, this is the place for you. In addition, there's complete lack of security and anyone can enter the hotel. My friends and relatives were in the lobby enjoying drinks when a woman (not staying at the hotel) casually enters, sits herself at their table and proceeds to pour herself a glass of bourbon from my brother's cooler... She was kicked out of the hotel when they alerted front desk. Speaking of front desk, there was a receptionist who would order grown men in the lobby to go to their rooms at 10pm (exact words were: "you need to leave the lobby and go to your rooms at 10pm"). We were quietly having a conversation and this woman treated us like 5 year olds for 3 straight nights lol. Customer service at its best....
