I hate to sound callous but if you want to stay at a hotel where you have folks panhandling 10-20 feet from the hotel entry door, this is the place for you. In addition, there's complete lack of security and anyone can enter the hotel. My friends and relatives were in the lobby enjoying drinks when a woman (not staying at the hotel) casually enters, sits herself at their table and proceeds to pour herself a glass of bourbon from my brother's cooler... She was kicked out of the hotel when they alerted front desk. Speaking of front desk, there was a receptionist who would order grown men in the lobby to go to their rooms at 10pm (exact words were: "you need to leave the lobby and go to your rooms at 10pm"). We were quietly having a conversation and this woman treated us like 5 year olds for 3 straight nights lol. Customer service at its best....

The address of the website says Franklin Rd while the actual address is Franklin Gateway. After an 8 hour drive, Waze took us in circles for half a hour. We finally had to call the hotel for directions. MAJOR FAIL that all media has the wrong address including a plaque in the front lobby.

I am a Diamond Elite member of IHG. This facility is beautiful. I drove 9 hours. However. Busy hotel, only one person was at front desk. We are seniors. My companion on oxygen needing a heavy oxygen concentrator. She was wearing a portable 02, but since we arrived, she needed it as battery was just about out, the other charging. Nice guy at counter tells me they have no 1st floor rooms. We were ok with that. We asked about a cart to retrieve luggage and 02 concentrator. We were told there are only 2 carts for this entire hotel. Two. They were being used. I waited about 10 min. No carts came back. I went to the car and unpacked 2 bags, a large luggage case, the 02 concentrator (has plastic small wheels), the CPap bag. Brought to the lobby door and asked if no cart, is there a valet or anyone that could help take this up to room with me. He said he was the only one there and could not leave desk. I get it, but IHG, do better. More carts could have made this a 5 star rating all around.

Room was clean and location was convenient. However, we won't stay here again. They have replaced real bathroom doors with barn doors that offer zero privacy and huge gaps. In addition, ours came off the track and I was trapped inside for almost 15 minutes while my husband tried to fix it. Imagine, had I been alone I wouldn't have gotten out until housekeeping came the next day. Make sure if you are alone you take your phone to the bathroom, just in case. Also, our room kind of looked over the lobby and it was loud! Especially early when breakfast started.
