    We were told they had a pool…but the pool was in repair for two weeks, which we were not informed of when inquiring. I am an elderly lady that came to visit with my son and his family .We wanted a pool for our grandson who is 7. I have not seen them since they moved here 7 months ago.The room we were given did not have curtains to close for privacy, the bathroom toilet paper had dried up urine all on it. The front desk clerk Alexis was more than helpful and had LazRro maintenance man came up right away to hang a temporary cover for the large window. I wanted this to be a fun get together for myself and family . I am truly disappointed.

    Location was key to this selection. Otherwise just a standard Hampton Inn. Room was OK cleaned but sunglasses and a dirty wash cloth were there upon arrival. Staff did not offer up bottles of water for members. Breakfast lady was super! Offerings were meh, but area was super clean. The hightop chairs and the chair in the rooms fabrics were kinda gross/need replacing. Solid 3+.

    This was a great experience! My group and I are from Michigan. This hotel and its staff provided a wonderful stay during our trip. Thank you to the front desk staff for their friendliness and professionalism, as well as Penny and Sophia for the delicious breakfast and ability to connect with guests!
