  Receptionist was terrible and a liar l booked a hotel for Valentine’s Day I drove three hours , got there just for them to tell me no, that I’m under age, but on the Booking.com It says no age requirement I spoke to customer service today to get my refund I explained to them the situation and they told me that there was no age requirement and that you just have to be 18+ it ruined my Valentine’s Day I spent over 3 looking for a new hotel room overall my Valentine’s Day was ruined the receptionist told me I had to be 21+ which I was confused on because before I booked and spent money I made sure I meet the requirements

  They told us that me and my boyfriend couldn’t check in due to being under 21 but we are 18+. On the booking.com app it said that there was no age requirement but when we arrived and showed our ID he told us we couldn't stay. This happened on Valentine’s Day and after the fact that we couldn’t check in we spent two hours looking for a hotel. We spoke to customer service today explaining to them on what happened/situation and they told us that there was no age requirement you just have to be 18+, we were being lied to and ruined Valentine’s Day for us.

  Stayed here to take our three year old little girl to the Aquarium. The service was amazing and very quiet luly was amazing thank you guys for having us!

  This has become a go-to hotel for me. I can always count on a nice clean room and a great breakfast and decent coffee. They have keurigs in the room and a smart tv. The staff is very kind!!

  I think that for the price, everything seemed fine overall. I only have a few suggestions. One would be to prohibit tobacco or marijuana use inside the building, since the smells filter into the rooms and make the space uncomfortable for people who are sensitive to strong odors. Breakfast was good, but I think there could be more options, such as oatmeal, milk etc and today the grits were a bit undercooked. Also when I went to the gym and wanted to get water, the water dispenser was not working. I believe these are details that can be improved. Other than that, I would stay here again on my next trip, and I would give it 5 stars if these issues are addressed in the future 🫠 I wish the best for this hotel, and I do recommend it if you’re just passing through.
