She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. Iskra was also incredibly kind and did an amazing job keeping our room spotless. - LLLeoNov 1, 20251.0We usually love to stay here when we do business trips because of the great prices they offer & how nice the front desk is, but unfortunately after about a year of not staying here it isn’t the same quality as the first few times we’ve stayed here. I would say we’ve stayed for weeks at a time and had a great and pleasant stay in the past, but they’ve just missed the mark BIG time. No one likes to be welcomed entering their room to a bunch of roaches roaming the bathroom, the entrance, & around the bed. Please if you read the guests reviews listen when we say to get a pest control/exterminator! This hotel should have the ability to handle such issues & resolve them for guest safety and comfort. Please handle this ASAP. (Also, we stayed on the second floor. I’m not so sure if other floors have the same issue with roaches but i’d stay away from the second floor.)
