Please, do something. Kids will be there and should be bitten violently while they sleep or sit in an office chair. Contact me soon when the entire hotel has invested in extermination services for bed bugs, new furniture and bedding purchased to service your patrons.

Pancake machine and the ice/water/juice dispenser was out of order. I really wanted a glass of ice water but none was provided. Please at least put out an ice bucket and pitcher of water. 2. The breakfast employee was first sitting at a table then started cleaning tables and restocking the buffet all while talking on the speaker (loud) on her cell phone. Kind of unprofessional and a little annoying. But hotel was very good and would definately stay again.
