- JWJenny Warren2 days ago1.0Jasmine has horrible customer service and doesn’t know her job. Stayed on points last night and tried asking her about the charges on the invoice and she stated that everyone pays to use points. I asked for her manager and she said she would not be in and there are no owners or any other managements that are coming in for a few days. I asked for the email address of the manager and she told me to go find it myself. People like this is why you lose business.

Rooms great people great. Absolutely two thumbs way up for truck drivers. Breakfast amazing and dang good coffee. Go get you some you'll thank me later.

However, when I had issues with ladybugs, they were very prompt and handled the issue. The room selected was beautiful and very large. It’s one of my favorite rooms I’ve stayed in which says a lot since I spent 80 nights traveling last year for work. The building was clean and well-maintained.

- CMCharlene MilnickDec 3, 20252.0Stayed there because the hotel had 4.5 stars but it was definitely not a great hotel. The tv didn’t work the phone in the room didn’t work there were pubs in the sink it smelled like urine when I turned the heat on. Would not recommend.
