Me and my boyfriend stayed here last month. We drove 18 hours for our stay. We paid online with booking. My boyfriend went in to check in. The night shift lady was very rude because her replacement was supposed to come in so she didn’t want to help. She said we didn’t have a reservation after we showed her we did and it was paid for. She argued that we had to pay for another room. She wouldn’t tell us her name and left as soon as her replacement came. I started writing the review that day but it went away. Her replacement was a younger Caucasian guy who tried to help he lied and told us he didn’t know the lady name but proceeded to tell us her family business. He got us checked into the room after speaking with the manager and telling us we had our room comped for the inconvenience and only had to pay a 5-10 dollar deposit. Amongst going to the room we noticed bugs on windowsill, a booger on the shower curtain, the fridge and microwave was poorly cleaned out. We told him about it he again was on the phone with the manager alla or something (pregnancy brain). The young guy “refunded” for the room which we never seen the money back and got us another which was cleaner. We felt overly Uncomfortable the whole night. We overhear the guy on the phone with management talking about how it’s booking fault. Disregarding their own poor customer service. The manager has her family all over the place so we sensed why we were being neglected. They couldn’t help us it was the most horrible experience. We paid and will never go back

I had blocked some rooms for my daughters wedding, which was also a holiday weekend, and this whole process was very easy. The owner/operator, Alpha, made this whole process very easy which I appreciate. The room block was successful and all the staff was so friendly and accommodating as soon as we walked in the door. checking in we were greeted by Yasmine and Judy with a smile and Yasmine was a HUGE help in getting the rooms checked in. Rasha was a HUGE help when we finally checked in late at night after the wedding...she was a gem!! Ian, Linda and Eliza (who works for Holiday Inn Express BUT NOT THIS LOCATION) was so friendly and in this day in age is so rare so I appreciate it more than they know! I would def stay here again and Alpha, you have a great staff working for you!!!

The beds were so comfortable and pillows so incredible. Didn't want to get up. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast bar was everything you could want for breakfast with a large eating area. Really felt at home there.

The room smelled very strongly of mildew to a point where it is difficult to sleep. Most of the breakfast is an abomination, particularly the oatmeal and the bacon. The coffee was bad. The water pressure in the shower was awful. One of the towels had yellow stains. We told the manager on duty about the mildew smell. She did not care.
