  Breakfast bar was well stocked. Pillows were very comfortable. Front desk staff on 3/21 0900 shift were A++! My son unexpectedly broke his earphones and they went to fetch some pliers so that I could adjust them. That is going above and beyond and very much appreciated by our family!

  In need of a room last night (around 7 pm) and called them. "Only have one room available"- Price? $377 for a standard room. I thought they outlawed highway robbery a long time ago? Needless to say I said "that is ridiculous and shove it" and went elsewhere. Thats the problem- love Holiday Inn but these types of goof ups and fleecing the client (who has a loyalty card - lots of good that did) is pure BS and they should be called out for it.

  What a nice place to stop and rest! Everything is well maintained and it feels new. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere was very bright and welcoming! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a nice selection of food and beverages at breakfast as well. Highly recommend!

  I work in Macon a lot and usually stay at the Holiday Inn Macon North. I thought I'd try this HIE since there's lots of restaurants nearby. I travel 80% of the year and stay only at IHG hotels. This is the only one I've ever been to that does not have a coffee maker in the room (usually a Keurig). I won't be back because of this, I'll just go a few miles down the road to the Holiday Inn Macon North. They're not too cheap to give you coffee & tea in the room and the breakfast is better there anyway. I'd rather drive a little bit to the restaurants than not have coffee & tea in my room. It just rubs me wrong that they're cheaping out on coffee & tea. It's a form of shrinkflation, so cheap. What next, no toilet paper?

  I recently stayed here and it wasn't the best experience. I came in at 3:05 for my 3:00 check in to find my room wasn't cleaned. They rushed to find someone to rush and clean my room. Felt like it didn't get a good cleaning. The receptionist was extremely ill, hacking everywhere. The manager was no help. Next morning wanted to print sone documents and the computer was broke. So spent 45 mins finding place to print my paperwork. Lobby was nice and fancy. Not sure if I will be back.
