    This hotel is the best I stayed on my road trip vacation. The customer service, room, layout, entertainment, food, etc. I definitely will be back in my future road trips. Thanks to Ms. Dana and Hilton Hotels. 100% recommended.

    Great hotel! The front desk staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are consistently clean, and the rates are very reasonable. No complaints at all.

    Really bare bones hotel. Would not stay in another one. Told no connecting rooms. TV cable wasn't working, fridge stuck on high and even froze our water.

    So my husband, myself and two kids checked into our room. 404 at 9pm 12/26/25 and relaxed into bed by 9:20. I was lying in bed on my left side and within 15 minutes had raised welp bites on my shoulder blade. BED BUGS!!!! on both beds! This was our first and last time staying at Tru Hotel!!! I’m so upset!!
