I absolutely love staying at Tru North and I am so glad this was my last stay at a Hilton Hotel because of Laquita specifically. Every single employee we encountered was kind, friendly, and welcomed you like you were part of the family but Laquita really went above and beyond to right a wrong that we experienced that was 100% outside of her control. She not only was empathetic, but she helped resolve a billing issue caused by American Express and Hilton. In this day and age where caring can be a lost art, the wonderful folks working here seemingly care about their jobs and are committed to the guest experience. Before this, I stayed at an Embassy Suites that wasn’t half as nice! Thank you Quita; may nothing but positivity come your way!!

Didn’t even get to stay. I went in and asked about rooms with 2 beds since I had all my kids with me and Danny was INCREDIBLY rude. I asked why she seemed so agitated and she began to threaten me telling me that she was a probation officer and messing with her wasn’t something I wanted to do! So sorry I came to get a room, I promised that won’t happen again. Called in the morning as I was told to speak with management and she was just as rude to me when I told her about the treatment I got a mere few hours before. I didn’t ask anything out of the ordinary so I don’t understand why everyone here was so mean spirited right off the bat. I’ve crossed this chain off my list COMPLETELY. Avid is a similar concept for a better price and they don’t make you feel like a monster just for walking in the door. Hilton needs to pay better attention to who is running their hotels, and maybe do some attitude training. I’ve never been threatened with the police just for walking in to a place and asking if they had rooms with two beds.
