    Shout out to Heather who was so helpful when we called the day after we checked out. My husband was in a panic because he thought he left his cochlear implant battery charger in the room. Not something we can replace quickly and if he can't charge his batteries, he can't hear! Heather went beyond the call of duty, checking the lost and found, housekeeping, and room, and even left up a notice in case someone found it. My husband eventually found it tucked in a pocket of his suitcase, not where he normally keeps it, so all ended well. We loved the hotel, very convenient and clean. Also like that we can use our streaming services on their TV's. Just remember to log out!

    This has always been my favorite place to stay in Macon. The customer service is excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, the suites are spacious, and I truly appreciate the thoughtful amenities provided for Hilton Diamond members. However, during my two most recent stays, I have experienced a significant bug issue. I am currently on day three of a five-day stay and have had to kill bugs daily since arriving—specifically stink bugs and ladybugs throughout the room. I was informed that, because the hotel is pet-friendly, certain extermination methods are not used; however, this level of infestation is unacceptable and requires attention. This experience has been very disappointing, especially given my previously positive experiences at this property.
