  We had several problems and they said they would give us a credit for a portion of our bill. It's been about three weeks now and we still haven't seen a credit.

  We used the remote check in on the Hilton app. When we went to our room it was occupied. The hotel Manager the next morning said I would get a 10,000 point credit for my inconvenience. That never happened over a month later. Bad management . Room had an odor.

  Fantastic service from the front desk- so kind, caring, and helpful! The room was also clean, smelled nice, even had a full bathroom of amenities. I love Home2 Suites because each room feels like a studio apartment!

  I stayed here December 28 checking out Dec 29. At check in I was told breakfast was served from 6 to 10 am. I arrived at breakfast at 9:35 am and they were out of bread and pastries, hash brown potatoes, egg patties, fruit, and hot water for tea. I asked if they could put two egg patties in the microwave for my wife and I so we could each make a breakfast sandwich with two remaining baking powder biscuits. I was told they could not because they had more people for breakfast than they expected. The manager came over and I asked if they knew how many rooms were rented last night and she said they knew. I asked if they didnt plan or just didn’t want to make more food. She said their policy is to not make more food after 9:30 am. I explained that I’m a Diamond member whose employees use Hilton properties weekly and this is the first I heard of that policy. I asked if they could get me an apple (there are apples in the carry out bags for guests who can’t stay for breakfast). I was told I should have gotten to breakfast earlier before they ran out and that they would not make more food now. I left and bought two egg McMuffin combos for $14 across the street. There were other guests who arrived for breakfast and were turned away including one with a child. I will not stay at a Home 2 Suites if this is indeed the policy and I don’t recommend this property. Its not just the policy. The manager was not only not helpful, she was rude.
