Breakfast was okay. Renovations put it in a conference room which was different. Night clerk was okay. Beds were very comfortable. Clean building.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been staying at Holiday Inn for 35 years amd this property is the worse. From booking to checkout
TV didnt work, neither did lights
At checkout my complaints were dismissed amd not addressed or apologized for.

The hotel is right off the interstate with easy access to alot of amenities. I stayed at this property on 10/3/25 to 10/5/25. I was a bit disappointed and annoyed with the check-in process. I arrived around 4:30pm and the young lady checking me in flat out did not listen to me or follow proper protocol with ID verification. She asked for the last 4 of the card on my profile and I told her I wasn't sure what card was there and I didn't want to use it anyway as I held both my ID and Credit card I wanted to use. She said ok and proceeded to charge my card on file anyway while im still holding my cards. I ask her can I swipe now she asked did I want to use this for incidents and I said no... this is the card I want to pay with. And she then told me she charged my other card. She offered to reverse it but I was EXTREMELY annoyed and did not wish to have funds tied up on two cards so to keep the peace I just said dont worry about it. I also was not greeted as a platinum member. Also there is a VERY active railroad track behind the hotel. I was on the 5th floor and still heard trains passing all night long. If you are a light sleeper rooms on the odd numbers side might be better. There is construction going on in the lobby area but it wasn't disruptive. There's also only 1 elevator working at the time of my stay
Other than the service issue at check in my room was very clean and the stay was friendly.

1st stay 4 stars. Had some issue but they could over come it. 2nd stay. DO NOT STAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
. If you want your car broken into this is the place. The coffee machine in room is broke and the housekeeper walked on me when checkout wasn't till the next day.
I spoke with manager and she was nice but clueless as to how to remedy the situation. To top it all off the laundry facility is a mess and the dryer doesnt dry your clothes. I moved over to Hampton or should I say walked over to Hampton. As a platinum elite IHG member this is on the DO NOT STAY
Sidenote: the renovations to the restaurant have been done for a while, they seem to have no desire to bring furniture in to foyer or restaurant and reopen it.
