The staff was very nice and helpful. Needed to use the computer and printer and they front desk didnt mind helping.

- HBHaley BrownAug 25, 20251.0My family and I stayed here while on vacation in July. 4 nights total. We have stayed here multiple times and never had any problems until this last visit. First night, we were unable to sleep due to loud music playing outside, after all night of thinking it was coming from the room beside us we finally figured out they forgot to turn off the music at the pool. The front never even apologized. Night 2- the people above us were apparently letting their kids jump from bed to bed and sounded like they were coming thru the ceiling. Finally, at 10pm we called the front and about hour after they stopped. Day 3 wake up and we have no clean towels what so ever in the building and was told that it was going to be an hour or 2 before we have cleans towels and wash cloths. They gave us pool towels to take showers with, no wash cloths. Last night. Myself and one of my older kids (16) get bites all of over bottom of our legs and feet. Thought maybe mosquitoes. No, we brought home bed bugs. We have never had bedbugs before until now. I didn’t even know what a bed bug or bed bug bites looked like until now. This is the only place we stayed and our luggage never left our room. So, not a happy visit this time and we will not be staying this location again.
