This was by far the worst experience we've had. At check-in, we were given a room that had not yet been cleaned (at 4:30 pm, no less). After we were given a different room, we found the toilet paper holder was half-pulled out of the well, cosmetic damage to the furniture and fixtures, the mini-fridge didn't cool, the room a/c had issues, and the bathroom floor was dirty. Additionally, the a/c in the hallway and lobby didn't work, and there was some kind of leak that soaked the hallway carpet outside our room. The icemaker on our floor was leaking everywhere. The fitness center was the size of a broom closet, hadn't been cleaned in what looked like weeks, and had antiquated equipment. The elliptical didn't work, and there were no dumbbells. The breakfast station featured dried-out, overcooked omelets and sickly-looking ham slices, nasty enough that we opted to pay for breakfast elsewhere. Overall, the place looked aged, run-down, and gave the appearance of ownership doing serious corner-cutting. Major disappointment!
