Initially, we were understandably a little frustrated since everything was dark and difficult to navigate. However, when we went down to breakfast, Imani completely changed our experience. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. She made sure we had juice, went above and beyond by clearing our plates as we finished, and kept such a positive attitude despite the circumstances. Her kindness and professionalism truly drowned out the inconvenience of the outage. Imani turned what could have been a negative morning into a great one, and she deserves recognition for that

No matter how big a bed you get it doesnt matter, they so uncomfortable. If you like sleeping on "plywood" then you'll love it. If you like being comfortable, rent an RV. I dont understand why hotels/motels are more worried about appearances and less concerned with their customers sleep comfort. Other than that it was fine.
