The electricity on one end went out we reported to front desk she said she would send maintenance right away we had to go back and report it again after 15 mins and again after 20 no one showed up until then. We had plugged her oxygen cylinder to it which went out i am glad it didn’t coz any problems to my mom but that was terrifying and we were there sitting without heat when temp outside was 10 degrees. Front desk was sweet she offered room move but 101 was too convenient and we were all settled in with all my mom’s equipments. Service was horrible though. Lobby was freezing and canopy lights were off when we checked in at 6 pm and checked out and 6 in the morning. They need to pay attention to details.
