We had a rough morning that morning, but the staff were so nice and accommodating. They did everything in their power to help us and we really can't thank them enough for their grace and kindness.

- TTToni Codynah (Toni)Apr 9, 20262.0Our check-in experience was ok, the lady answered the phone in the middle of our check-in and spent the remainder of our check-in on the phone with what sounded like a unhappy guest. When we got to our room we immediately noticed the floor was pretty dirty so on further inspection it looked like the beds had not been changed just made due to hair on the pillowcases and what appeared to be a slobber spot on another one, then looking at the bathroom the shower doors had hair and water spots and there was some brown spots on the floor in front of the sink. After letting the front desk know she sent housekeeping to the room and K.K. did a good job on getting most everything clean except the brown spots on the bathroom floor as well as some spots on the floor between the beds. We will not be staying here again after this stay, my parents had been here back in December 2025 and things were great so that was the reason we booked again this time...never again.
