So me and my husband stayed at this hotel we stayed there several times before, but this time was a little different so they have bedbugs. I have posted a video and took pictures and I called and talked with the general manager. I believe his name is Gianni. He had me a hold for 20 minutes never came back to the phone when I hung up. He never called me back. I’ve called him back several times and left a message. He has yet to receive my calls. Call Corporate. No one has gotten back to me so they handled the situation unprofessional. He was quite rude and brushed off. He basically called me a liar without actually calling me a liar so I advise everyone not to go there. When your needs and concerns are not about your guess that’s paying their money is a problem The young lady at the front counter was really nice and sweet, but the general manager need to find a job where he don’t have to deal with people and if that’s how Corporate train their employees that’s not a good look either they need to start having empathy classes or seminars or whatever but he needs to know how to handle the situations and talk to the customers and find a solution and he’s not the solution He may be better working with dogs

Worst holiday inn I’ve ever gone to in terms of cleanliness. Would not recommend staying here. Had to switch rooms because the AC was broken. Had a bug crawling on the sheets when I woke up. Body wash bottle dispenser was broken. Either dirt or mold right above shower on the wall. Had to run the shower for a minute to help get some dirt to drain that was on the floor of the shower. Dried toothpaste in the sink and on the faucet. Dirty sheets, looked like from the bottom of a shoe.

I had family to come intown Oct. 17th and 18th 2025. 4 rooms and all unsuitable to stay in. What made them unsuitable mold on the AC unit, no privacy curtain, mold in the bathroom. My cousin and his wife left and went to another hotel next door. My auntie, uncles and my other cousins will be calling corporate. This is unacceptable and they should be refunded.

I had a very good rest and felt very comfortable and safe here. Maybe that's the most important thing. This hotel is a bland corporate chain hotel like many others, but is clean and well run, and the staff helpful. It feels new (they are still working on the swimming pool). Only two things confused me...the lack of two things every corporate hotel should have: (1) blackout curtains (my room didnt have any, and the morning sun did not cheer my jet-lagged brain), and (2) USB charging ports. Seriously...its 2025, get some USB charging ports. Otherwise really liked it here.
