I have posted a video and took pictures and I called and talked with the general manager. I believe his name is Gianni. He had me a hold for 20 minutes never came back to the phone when I hung up. He never called me back. I’ve called him back several times and left a message. He has yet to receive my calls. Call Corporate. No one has gotten back to me so they handled the situation unprofessional. He was quite rude and brushed off. He basically called me a liar without actually calling me a liar so I advise everyone not to go there. When your needs and concerns are not about your guess that’s paying their money is a problem The young lady at the front counter was really nice and sweet, but the general manager need to find a job where he don’t have to deal with people and if that’s how Corporate train their employees that’s not a good look either they need to start having empathy classes or seminars or whatever but he needs to know how to handle the situations and talk to the customers and find a solution and he’s not the solution He may be better working with dogs
