I am a pastor at a local church. We had a church member with a house fire. Dee and the entire team made sure out elderly church member was taken in and taken care of. Great experience with great people.

I'm a diamond member and have stayed hundreds of nights at Hilton brand hotels. This by far was the WORST one I've ever stayed in and they aren't all perfect. It's a non smoking facility but you can smell weed everywhere you walk. I stayed two different nights in different rooms hoping for better, but it's the only one you feel safe at in the area. If you like loud music, sound of street racing around mall perimeter, the smell of weed, then this place is for you. Stay in downtown Atlanta or keep going past Conyers. This place is turning into a dump. No hot water and low pressure, no soap, one towel and could not receive extra, broken fixtures, bulbs blown in bathroom, staff was unfriendly. I gladly pay more for a comfortable stay, but they robbed me here. Sadly this is the best hotel in the area so I hate to see what the others look like. I'll be reaching out to corporate on this one. Very unhappy.

Horrible experience do not book here . From delayed check ins to extra charges on card. Money didn’t even come out of the incidental money .. I have 3 separate charges on my card . customer service is rude as hell . They charge for water that they said was free it was so many people they don’t know what they tell you . And even if it wasn’t free it should have been check in was delayed over and hour with nothing complimentary. Ruined my son’s 8th birthday . I do not recommend and I will never go there again .

Check-in was the least of great service, had to wait for the manager to find her charger to her personal cell for more than 15 minutes. I’m already tired from long day of business but never the less, she said 4x I can’t use tap to pay. But I had my credit card ready, and it hadn’t printed on my end to even submit the card. But her condescending tone. in addition my key card wouldn’t work so I had to go back down stairs just for ms. key” to be smoking a cigarette in her yellow spark right in front of the front lobby. Smoke free zone? Need better appropriate service.
