    I have never used this hotel before. I was given this sister hotel by another hotel since it was pet friendly. They didn't have my reservation even though I had a confirmation number. The we were given a room that someone was already staying in. I had no idea this was an extended stay hotel. The room wasn't as clean as I expected but we were only going to be there for for 10 hours. Would I use this hotel chain again? No. Just traveling overnight for a funeral service.

    Had an interesting interaction with someone who I assume is a manager. Cleaner came by Sunday, and I requested they come back later. They never did. You would think this could be solved easily. Manager began to go through paperwork and claim that the cleaner took a photo of a magnet on my door that I never put there. She seemed much more interested in placing blame on me then just solving my problem. She eventually said she can have it cleaned tomorrow. As I walked away she decided to pop off with " you're lucky". Will likely recommend my company use another location for future reservations. Also just as a heads up. Their TVs are locked down. You can not access additional inputs with universal remotes. Which is a downside seeing as I can not watch anything other than there 2000s channel list lineup.

    Sep. 25-28th... Most of the reviews must be for another location or something. My room was clean, well stocked, the staff was absolutely amazing (friendly, helpful, and going above and beyond). They didnt have a room for me the first night and so they checked at other properties in their network nearby (holiday inn express) and they booked a reservation for me there. My key were ready when I arrived and the even matched the rate there that I would have been paying at candlewood. I really think some people just like to complain, but a one star because a guest was smoking in a non designated area is wild. Being there for a training class and being able to print at my discretion was a blessing. The kitchen made it so I saved hundreds of dollars not eating out. Walmart and QT are 3 minutes away. I didn't experience any loud/lowly guests and smokers were always in the designated area.

    We needed five rooms, and management gave us an exceptional rate. On arrival checking in was easy and went quickly. They just completed cleaning all the carpets so there was a bit of a spell and the carpets were still wet. On entering my room I found the linoleum in the kitchen area extremely slippery due to water and carpet cleaning solution. I requested a mop and bucket to clean up the water and solution and dry my floor. Other than the wet flooring the visit was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel

    The rooms are nice and the bed is comfy. Would be nice if there were 2 night stands. Unfortunately we had to keep the air on constantly to help with the pot smell from the other rooms. The housekeeping staff got a little loud in the halls late morning but no biggy. The pitcher of ice cold lemon water in the lobby is an awesome touch and totally makes my day!
